When Christy purchases the Necronomicon from an occult shop, she summons the soul of a smart dead person to possess her and help her grow more intelligent. This all devolves into a crazy samurai man, murder and Evil Dead & Donnie Darko references in what adds up to a terrible episode. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.
Side note: I misspell "Wiccan". I suppose it runs with the theme of idiocy in this episode, if you're willing to buy that bull.
